On this occasion, Nicky Tirta shared the recipe for Honey Soy Chicken and Egg Cheese Spinach Muffin, which can be an idea for a healthy protein-rich menu for the family at home.

Honey Soy Chicken Recipe

Ingredients:

  1. 600g Chicken breast
  2. 2 tbsp Forvita
  3. 6 tbsp Honey
  4. 3 tbsp Sweet soy sauce
  5. 3 tbsp Oyster sauce
  6. 1 tbsp Sesame oil
  7. 1 tbsp Sweet chili sauce
  8. 1 tsp Pepper powder
  9. 1/2 tsp Salt
  10. 1/4 tsp Cinnamon powder
  11. 1 tsp Ginger powder (original 1 slice, crushed)
  12. 1 tsp Garlic powder (original – 3 cloves, crushed)
  13. 100ml Milk
  14. 1 tbsp Cornstarch

Steps:

  1. Melt Forvita margarine.
  2. Mix all the Marinade ingredients.
  3. Insert the chicken, then prick it with a fork.
  4. Let it stand for 1 hour.
  5. Cook over medium heat and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
  6. Make sure the chicken is perfectly cooked on both sides, then serve.

Egg Cheese Spinach Muffin Recipe

Ingredients:

  1. 8 slices of peeled white bread

Filling ingredients:

  1. 175g ground beef
  2. 175g steamed potatoes
  3. 75g cheese
  4. 75g chopped onion
  5. 40g spinach
  6. 12g chopped spring onion
  7. 4g chopped parsley
  8. 2 tbsp Forvita margarine
  9. 5 eggs
  10. Salt to taste
  11. Pepper to taste

Steps:

  1. Saute the onions and ground beef with Forvita margarine.
  2. Mash the steamed potatoes.
  3. Mix all the filling ingredients.
  4. Spread the muffin tin with Forvita margarine.
  5. Roll out the peeled white bread thinly, then arrange it on the muffin tin.
  6. Fill with the prepared mixture and sprinkle the cheese topping on top.
  7. Bake at 180°C for 25 minutes.
