Hello Forvita Lovers~ Let’s make this trending bread that can actually be made at home by ForVITA lovers!
Bread ingredients:
- 200g high-protein flour
- 1 tbsp milk powder
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3g instant yeast
- 115ml water
- 25ml vegetable oil
Cream cheese ingredients:
- 200g cream cheese
- 150g melted ForVITA
- 60g finely chopped garlic
- 2 tbsp milk and sugar
- 1 egg
- Parmesan cheese and dried basil
- Salt
How to make it:
- Add water, yeast, sugar, flour, milk powder, salt, and vegetable oil. Knead until smooth. Set aside for 1 hour.
- Knead the dough and divide it into 4 pieces, shaping them into balls. Let sit for 1 hour while preheating the oven.
- Bake the dough for 15-20 minutes at 180°C. Set aside.
- Mix the garlic and ForVITA. In another bowl, put the melted ForVITA, egg, milk, Parmesan cheese, basil, sugar, garlic, and salt. Mix well. Set aside.
- Slice the top of the bread and fill the bread gaps with the cream cheese. Then dip it in the garlic and butter mixture.
- Bake for 25 minutes. Cream Cheese Garlic Bread is ready to be served. Enjoy while it’s warm.
